This Privacy Policy explains what information Speedy Sheds, LLC ("Speedy Sheds," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers information collected through our website, online store, forms, phone calls, dealer interactions, and financing applications.
1. Information We Collect

- Order history, building specifications, and quote information
- Payment information, processed by our payment processor - we do not store full card numbers
- Information you submit through contact forms, quote requests, the 3D configurator, or account registration

- Pages visited, time on site, referring website, and links clicked
- Approximate location, used to show inventory near you
- Cookies and similar technologies

- Lead information from advertising platforms and referral partners
- Approval status and account information from financing and rent-to-own providers
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
- To process, schedule, build, and deliver your order

3. Who We Share Your Information With
Independent dealers. Speedy Sheds sells through a network of independently owned dealer locations. If your inquiry or order is associated with a dealer location, we share your contact information, quote, and order details with that dealer so they can serve you. Independent dealers are separate businesses and handle your information under their own practices.
Financing and rent-to-own providers. If you apply for or use rent-to-own or financing, we share the information necessary to process your application and service your contract with the applicable provider. Those providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not perform credit checks ourselves and we do not store Social Security numbers or bank account numbers on our systems.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us, including our sales and contract management platform, customer relationship management system, payment processor, delivery and hauling contractors, email and text messaging providers, hosting providers, and analytics and advertising platforms. These vendors are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising and analytics platforms. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools. These platforms may collect information about your activity on our site through cookies and similar technologies and may use it to measure advertising performance and show you ads on other sites and apps.
Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. See Section 7 for your rights.
4. Text Messages and Phone Calls
By providing your phone number, you agree that Speedy Sheds and its authorized representatives may contact you by phone call and text message about your inquiry, quote, order, delivery, and service, including through automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active order, scheduled delivery, or warranty service.
Calls and messages may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, remembering your preferences and location, measuring site performance, and advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality. You can opt out of Google Analytics through the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain order, contract, warranty, and financial records for as long as necessary to service your building, honor warranty obligations, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Inquiry and lead information is retained for as long as it is useful for the purpose collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted form submissions and access controls on internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations
- Opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information for that purpose
- Not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right

We cannot delete records we are required to retain to service an active rent-to-own or financing contract, honor a warranty, or comply with tax and legal obligations.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
