TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and online store, operated by Speedy Sheds, LLC ("Speedy Sheds," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms govern the website. They do not govern your purchase. Your purchase is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, provided with your order documents. Those terms are incorporated here by reference and control in the event of any conflict regarding a purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your contact information current. We use it to schedule delivery and to send required notices about your order.

2. ORDERS ARE OFFERS, NOT ACCEPTED CONTRACTS

Submitting an order through this site is an offer to purchase. It is not an accepted contract until Speedy Sheds confirms your order in writing and provides your order documents.

We may decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for any lawful reason, including a pricing or listing error, inventory that has sold, an address we cannot serve, a site we cannot safely access, or an inability to verify the information you provided. If we cancel an order before acceptance, we refund amounts paid in full.

3. PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND ERRORS

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include sales tax, permits, site preparation, blocking materials, customer-side electrical work, or delivery charges beyond the included distance, unless expressly stated.

Our inventory is located across multiple lots and sold through multiple channels. A building shown as available may sell before your order is processed. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or issue a full refund.

If a building is listed at an incorrect price or description due to a typographical, technical, or data error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even if the order was confirmed.

4. PRODUCT IMAGES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Photographs, renderings, 3D configurator images, floor plans, and displayed configurations are representative. Colors vary between screens and between production batches. Options shown in an image may not be included in the price displayed. Dimensions are nominal. The specifications in your signed order documents control what you are purchasing.

Pre-owned buildings. We sell both new and pre-owned (used) buildings. A pre-owned building is identified as used in its listing, and its condition is described and photographed. Pre-owned buildings are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 5. DELIVERY, DELIVERY TIMING, AND SITE READINESS

Delivery cost. Free delivery and setup is included within fifty (50) driving miles of the location of the unit. Additional included distance may apply depending on the building, the selling location, and the order type. Delivery beyond the included distance is subject to an additional one-way charge of at least $4.75 per mile. The written order-specific delivery quote controls.

Delivery timing. Most deliveries are completed within two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date Speedy Sheds accepts your order. A building already in stock on one of our display lots may deliver sooner. Custom and built-to-order buildings may take longer. Weather, road and site access, permit approvals, and delivery route scheduling can extend this window. We contact you to schedule your delivery date, and your order documents state the estimated delivery window for your building. Delivery timing estimates are not guarantees, and a delay does not by itself create a cancellation or refund right.

Site readiness. You are responsible for site preparation, access, clearance, blocking materials, and any required permits or approvals before delivery. A delivery that cannot be completed because of site conditions results in additional charges. Full delivery, site readiness, blocking, and clearance requirements are stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and in the delivery materials provided with your order. Read them before your delivery date.

6. ZONING, PERMITS, AND INTENDED USE

Buildings are sold as portable accessory and storage structures. Unless your order documents expressly identify a Residential-Spec order and include our signed Residential Use Acknowledgment, the building is not designed, approved, or represented as suitable for human occupancy, habitation, sleeping, or any use requiring compliance with residential or commercial building codes.

You are solely responsible for confirming that the building, site, placement, foundation, and intended use comply with applicable laws, codes, ordinances, zoning, setbacks, covenants, easements, permits, utility rules, and HOA requirements. Being unable to obtain an approval, connect utilities, or place the building where you planned does not create a cancellation, refund, or warranty right.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Speedy Sheds does not accept returns. All sales are final upon delivery or pickup. Before delivery, cancellation windows apply as stated in our Return and Refund Policy and in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, along with the cancellation processing fee and any applicable charges.

A building that arrives damaged, has a covered workmanship defect, or does not match your signed order documents is not subject to any cancellation deadline. Contact us right away. See the Return and Refund Policy.

8. RENT-TO-OWN AND FINANCING

Rent-to-own and financing are offered through third-party providers. Approval, terms, payment schedules, ownership, modification, relocation, default, and purchase-option rights are governed by the provider's agreement, not by Speedy Sheds. We do not guarantee approval. Any figures shown on this site are estimates and are not an offer of credit.

9. ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive order documents, disclosures, notices, and contracts electronically, and you agree that electronic signatures and records are valid and enforceable. You may request paper copies by contacting us.

10. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that Speedy Sheds and its authorized representatives may contact you about your inquiry, quote, order, delivery, and service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active order or scheduled delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this site to violate any law, infringe any right, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the operation of the site. You may not resell buildings purchased from us in a retail business or hold yourself out as an authorized Speedy Sheds dealer without a separate written dealer agreement.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Speedy Sheds name, logo, product line names, building designs, photographs, floor plans, specifications, and site content are owned by Speedy Sheds, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

This site uses third-party services and may link to third-party websites, including financing providers, payment processors, mapping services, and our software vendors. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of third-party sites and services.

14. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WRITTEN LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO A NEW BUILDING ORDER, AND SUBJECT TO THE AS-IS SALE OF PRE-OWNED BUILDINGS, SPEEDY SHEDS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDY SHEDS IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOST INCOME, SUBSTITUTE SPACE, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE AFFECTED BUILDING, EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT US TO LIMIT.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

South Carolina law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any court proceeding concerning these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court serving Marlboro County, South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Mandatory consumer rights and venue rules that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you use the site governs that use. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. Your purchase remains governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale accepted with your transaction.
